“Having
climbed certain peaks you’ll descend no more, but spread
your wings and fly beyond.”
Richard Bach The Messiah’s Handbook
Groups
The
Sedona Coach specializes in small group coaching (local to Sedona
and virtual), which utilizes the
power of the individuals in the group and the group as a whole
to help you:
Support from and of others
Create positive personal interactions
Make new friends
Share stores and find common themes
Encourage others for their individual growth and unique paths
Receive a variety of viewpoints on an issue
And much more, sometimes too intangible to articulate
All
groups, local or virtual, meet weekly for one and one-half hour
so that each person has plenty of time to give
and receive in each session. Virtual groups call in to a toll free
number, provided
by Jane, and may occasionally utilize an Internet interface
when all
members would benefit from seeing or sharing
the same visual information.
Local
Jane is equally effective in facilitating local, in person
groups as she is at leading and facilitating virtual groups.
She has facilitated several women’s
groups over the years and has been instrumental in helping individual women
make changes.
If you’re local, you may meet in her home or in a facility near you.
Jane has built virtual groups and teams for the past nine years – ever
since she moved to Sedona and continued her consulting business.
She has developed close friendships and working relationships
with people she has never met face to face as well as with
those she
sees from time to time. She is comfortable in the virtual world,
on the phone with one person or in teleconference calls with
many. For one group, she has built the virtual team from a
group of five
or six to nearly twenty, not all of whom attend all calls, of
course.
Because of her enthusiasm, warmth, and ability to connect with
many different types of people, people are naturally drawn to
her. When asked how she draws these people, she replies, “It’s
all about relationships, relationships, relationships.” For
her, the relationship she has with each person is sacred and special,
regardless of the nature of that relationship. She will know you,
hear you, “see” you, and acknowledge you, even if she’s
never been in the same physical space with you.
